Tammy's Bird Brain

3I found this recipe on a Ghirardelli wrapper and I love it so much that I have to share. It is frosting made with sour cream and it is wonderful not only in taste but in ease. So if you just have 3 minutes and you need to whip up some amazing frosting this is the one for you. It is also a great chocolate dip for fruit. I think I might even like it better as a fruit dip but whatever. Try it and you will love it!

Cream Frosting

3 cups powdered sugar

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 – 1 tsp of vanilla

Cream the above 3 ingredients together.

Add 2 ounces of melted baking chocolate (I prefer Ghirardelli 100% cacao)

Cream it all together and put atop your cake or whatever.
