running = running face

This is my running face.
I realize it is not pretty but it shows I am pushing so whatever.
I was in the middle of running 6.7 miles averaging a 7:50 minute mile. (That is good for me.)
(It was downhill though so it’s not that impressive.)
Last weekend I ran in the Red Rock Relay.
It was so much fun (not judging by my running face) that I could have ran it again this weekend.
I still have post vacation depression and it has been a week.
Done with my last leg! This was my slowest leg. I couldn’t get rid of a side ache.
Stupid bagel…..doughnuts with sprinkles are much better for energy.
We danced to motivate our teammates. Somebody call 9-1-1 whoa-oh-oh.
Poor Bryce had to run in the rain and hail but I got some great pictures so it was worth it.

Look at that amazing red rock! The course was gorgeous.
If you have an opportunity to run in a relay like this do it. It is a blast. Really.
Don’t judge them because of my running face.
Those stormy photos are fantastic! I like all of them. But the stormy ones really stand out, to me. It looks like a lot of fun. I have never done a relay. They look really appealing to me because of the whole “team” aspect. I hope that you guys are still considering racing Hartford next month.

I love your running face. It looks like you smell something that REALLY stinks! Congrats on your good run. I’m glad you had so much fun. I wish I was an awesome runner so we could relay together.
