Tammy's Bird Brain

I went golfing today and apparently I have potential.

I have always wanted to try golf but for some reason never have until today. Tuesday I was invited by my boss to go. He knows I haven’t golfed before but for some reason didn’t care so that night I got a 30 minute golf lesson on how to actually hit the ball and my friend gave me an outfit to wear. I wish I had a picture to share because my costume made me look like I knew what I was doing*. The amazing thing is I actually did pretty well for my first time out. On a nine hole game par was 36 and I got 67**. My goal was to never go over 10 strokes on one hole and I never did and on one par 3 I got a 4. Seriously, I thought I was going to be in the hundreds and that they would all be waiting for me. I was with 3 men, by the way, and my goal for next time is to smoke them all.

Anyways, if you don’t know how to play golf this all may not make sense and since now that I am a golfer I expect everyone to know what I am talking about or to figure it out because you should be into what I am into. I now must become the best woman golfer on the planet because golfing is a good time.

**So I actually played 16 holes but I am only counting the fist 9 because on the next 7 I sucked it up because: 1) it was really windy and 2) i felt rushed………or because I am actually a beginner and I suck but whatever.
