Did you really think that gas prices were not going to go back up? Did you really think that just because Obama was voted in that they would stay down? Did you really think it had nothing to do with election time??? I admit that I was one of those people that got excited when gas went down to $1.30 because I could afford to drive my massive truck again but come on, I knew it wasn’t going to last long. And then surprise, surprise…….gas has jumped up faster than it has in 9 years. And you are like “What the hell is going on? We got that nasty Bush out of office I thought gas was going to stay down and the economy would bounce back in a matter of weeks!!!”
I am not a Bush fan and I haven’t decided about Obama yet. I am waiting for the big “Change” that was promised and I am fine to wait; I realize that it takes time, but the way Obama talks drives me crazy. His whole timing thing is getting old. Are all the pauses for dramatic emphasis or to just give him time to turn his head to the other side???? I don’t know but what I do know is gas prices are back up; stop acting soooooo surprised. What you can control you should support like the hybrid movement or carpooling or riding a bike to work or heaven forbid walking more.

I am decidedly NOT an Obama fan, never have been. I am so sick of hearing him give his speeches. Every time he is on TV blah blah blah-ing I feel like I am in a communist country with some crazy leader's ranting being blasted on megaphone speakers through the streets. Obama, just freakin' do your job and stop trying to woo us with your stupid crazy talk.
I hate seeing gas prices rise, but I knew they weren't going to stay low. It was nice while it lasted.
