Spring

Ahhhhh……Spring is here.
I am so happy to have the warm weather.
To me this is the perfect picture for spring:
the sun shining on a blonde head, the fresh cut grass,
and running just because it is warm outside.
Today I was having a hard time being motivated at work so Teresa took me on a walk out in the sunshine and then we laid on the grass for a half hour soaking up some much needed vitamin D. It was perfect bliss. I hereby pledge to do that on every sunny day henceforth.
Ahhhhh…..I love everyone

I love sitting in the sunshine. It’s so peaceful and invigorating. My favorite way to spend the afternoon is on a comfy chair with a gossip magazine and some lemonade while I watch my girls run around the yard in their swimming suits. Ahhhh….summer.

I am convinced that vitamin D is a necessity in my adult life.
