Thankful Day 10 & 11
Tuesday, November 11th, 200810. My new promotion!
I am now the HR Manager at work. I consider it a promotion. I have an office now with windows and everything! I get an office because I will have the employee files and they need to be locked up and secure. I have experience in this and I am looking forward to gaining more. This is what I have been hoping for and the timing is great.
11. Olive Oil and Vinegar
Not only are these two things great to cook with but I use them both on a daily basis. Olive oil is great for the skin. It has cured my exima and kept away stretch marks so far. I use it in my hair, for massage oil and for face scrub.
White vinegar is all I use to clean my house with. I use it in my laundry water and in my dish water to keep spots off my dishes and to disinfect. I also use it for deodorant. This may sound weird but the smell does go away when it dries and it is the best! No more white marks!

I am so thankful as well for your new promotion! I get a warm, fuzzy feeling every time I walk by your office now. It is an inviting place and you look happier than I’ve seen you in a very long time. I also think you are going to be a total kick ass HR Manager. It’s just the right fit for you. Yeah!!!!!
Oh… and I second the olive oil and vinegar remarks. Especially vinegar. For those of you who think Tammy is crazy, she introduced it as deodorant to me and it’s the best I’ve ever used.
I never new that about white vinegar, I will have to try it. congrats on your promotion!
Congrats on the promotion! And I love me some oil and vinegar for my yummy foccacia bread at Italian restaurants.
Congratulations on your promotion!
I’m happy to learn all this stuff about white vinegar too! I saw the link on the side about 1001 uses for vinegar and I’m going to try it!
