What Men are Willing to Do

This video always makes me laugh. I think it is so funny. For those of you who don’t know there is a sitcom on HBO called Flight of the Concords. It is about two guys and there band with the name Flight of the Concords. The two guys are from New Zealand and have moved to New York. Each episode they have a new song and music video. It is really funny.

Anyways, to preface this video Bret (the one singing) has just started going out with CoCo and decides to write her a song. His original song is all about the things he would do for her like climb the highest mountain etc and it is hours long. When he sings it to Jermain (the one with the glasses) he asks Bret if he would really do all of those things for her. Bret’s reply is “No, I guess I wouldn’t”. So Jermain helps him write a song about the things he would actually do for her. This song embodies all that men are really willing to do for women. Anything else is just to get what they really want. I love Bret’s face through the song. He acts like he really doesn’t care to do the things but that he is willing to do them for her.

All their other songs are on YouTube. I suggest It’s Business Time and the David Bowie song. You will for sure laugh out loud today.

    Oh, and its oh HBO. Apparently it is now in the second season. Ya!
