Really on the Ball

This is me with my new work chair. Everyone who walks by me at work has to say “Wow Tammy, you are really on the ball today!” Then I hear them walking down the hall talking to other people saying “Have you seen Tammy, she is really on the Ball” and they think it is soooooooooo funny.
When everyone else is gone me and Teresa bounce around and do exercises. I have been listening to the Newsies soundtrack lately so it inspired this awesome jump. There is a video that goes along with this and the jump doesn’t look near as cool unless it is stopped in mid-air.
So my new chair is supposed to make me a better runner by strengthening my core. So look out, I will soon be doing 7 minute miles!
I want one of these balls so bad now. You look like you’re having so much fun, and I need all the help I can get to be more on the ball at work.
I love that you own the Newsies soundtrack! My brother has it (he’s 24 and believe it or not isn’t gay). When we have dinner at my parents house we like to listen to it while we clean up. We know all the words and try to come up with our own dance moves. We put on a pretty sweet show!
