Tammy's Bird Brain

Over the weekend I was with a friend that was telling me about certain types of plastics that are really bad for us. It is basically the plastic that we use for water and food storage. I did some of my own research and found it a little disturbing. I have included 2 links to check out if you are interested. On the website you can also find other links that can help you and also alternatives to using plastic. We all need to be in control of our own health and not expect people to care about our health especially if they can make a lot of money. This information can at least help you make a more educated decision when it comes to your health.
